This Privacy Policy explains how Influence 2 Impact · Benders Enterprise LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit capital2grow.biz and related pages (the "Site"), complete our eligibility check, book a strategy call, or purchase the Credit Readiness Plan (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Contact details: first and last name, email address and phone number.
• Eligibility answers: the funding product you want, the amount, your approximate credit score range, negative items you report, whether you hold an installment account, your approximate annual income and your timeline. These are self-reported and are not pulled from a credit bureau.
• Credit reports you send us: if you email us a credit report, we receive everything in it, which may include your Social Security number, date of birth, addresses, account numbers and payment history.
• Payment information: when you buy the Credit Readiness Plan, your card details are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, text messages and call notes between you and our team.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and similar data, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 6).

2. How we use information

• To review your eligibility answers and tell you your next step.
• To schedule, confirm, remind you about and conduct your strategy call.
• To prepare a personal funding strategy, including which lenders and card issuers may fit your profile.
• To deliver the Credit Readiness Plan, including preparing disputes to credit bureaus on your behalf where you have authorized us to.
• To send appointment-related communications and follow-ups by email, text and phone, including automated messages where you have consented.
• To process payments, provide support, and improve the Site and Services.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

3. Text messages and calls

When you submit the eligibility check and tick the consent box, you agree to receive appointment-related communications and follow-ups from Influence 2 Impact · Benders Enterprise LLC by call, text and email at the number and email you provided, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How we share information

• Service providers that help us run the Services, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, calendar and video-meeting tools, and payment processor. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Lenders, card issuers and credit bureaus: we do not submit applications or disputes on your behalf without your direction. When you ask us to, we share the information needed to do so.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, you or others.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Credit reports and sensitive data

Credit reports you send us are used only to prepare your funding strategy or your Credit Readiness Plan. We limit access to team members who need it, keep reports for as long as needed to provide the Services, and delete or securely destroy them afterwards unless the law requires longer retention. 6. Cookies and tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels (for example the Meta Pixel) and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic and advertising, and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features of the Site may not work without them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

9. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
