The terms that apply to the eligibility check, the strategy call and the Credit Readiness Plan.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Influence 2 Impact · Benders Enterprise LLC ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of capital2grow.biz and related pages (the "Site") and the services offered on them (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
The eligibility check is a short questionnaire based on answers you provide. It is not a credit application, does not pull your credit, and does not guarantee approval or any outcome. "Pre-qualify" or "strong fit" means only that your answers meet our internal criteria for a strategy call.
The Personal Funding Strategy Call is free and carries no obligation. During the call we may ask you to share your credit reports so our guidance reflects your actual profile. Any guidance is general information based on our experience and the information you give us. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and you are responsible for every application you choose to submit.
The Credit Readiness Plan is a paid service ($97, as shown at checkout) under which we (a) prepare and send disputes to the credit bureaus, on your behalf and with your written authorization, challenging items on your credit reports that you believe are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, and (b) provide a written plan with steps intended to improve your credit profile.
Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus, and to obtain a copy of your credit report, at no charge. Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Credit bureaus must generally investigate a dispute within 30 days. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Act. You may cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Before any service is performed you will receive a written contract and a separate disclosure statement as required by law.
We do not guarantee the removal of any item, a specific score increase, or approval for any loan or card. Results vary.
Payment. The fee is charged when you join. Where state law requires, no fee will be charged until services are fully performed.
Refunds. You may cancel for any reason within 3 business days of signing your contract, as the Credit Repair Organizations Act provides, and receive a full refund. After that window the fee is non-refundable: the review of your reports and the preparation of disputes begin as soon as we receive your credit reports, and that work cannot be returned. Missing a step on your side (for example not sending your reports) does not entitle you to a refund. If you have a billing problem, contact us at [email protected] first so we can resolve it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you made and received, we may end your access to the plan and any related community, calls or bonuses, and may provide the payment processor with proof of your purchase and your agreement to these Terms.
What we need from you. Your complete credit reports from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, accurate information about the items you are disputing, and prompt responses to bureau or creditor correspondence that you receive. We cannot work on reports we have not received.
Where we offer to help you dispute hard inquiries at no additional cost, that help is limited to inquiries you believe are inaccurate or cannot be verified. We will not ask you to dispute accurate information.
By submitting your information you consent to receive appointment-related communications and follow-ups by call, text and email, including automated messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
The Site, its content, and the materials we provide (including any written strategy or plan) are ours or our licensors' and are for your personal use only. Do not copy, resell or distribute them.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE APPROVED FOR ANY FUNDING, RECEIVE ANY PARTICULAR AMOUNT, RATE OR TERM, OR ACHIEVE ANY CREDIT RESULT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENDERS ENTERPRISE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, CREDIT OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS ACT.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, including any inaccurate information you provide to us or to a lender.
Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
